The Grade II Windmill has been completely renovated to provide a unique and stunning holiday home with 360-degree views stretching up to 20 miles from the 7th floor. The property features a heated pool (open April - October), large patio, BBQ area, and a garden with beautiful views. The Mill is full of character with internal beams, oak floors, wood stove, open fires, and the former workings of the Old Mill.

The split-level heavily beamed sitting room in the Mill is charming, with the original millstone as a main feature. The ground floor of the Tower serves as a formal dining room with a round table, while the kitchen/diner in the main house has French doors leading to the garden. The Mill tower has three bedrooms on the third, fourth, and fifth floors, with an additional four bedrooms in the main house. A glass walkway connects the house to the mill tower on the first floor. The large Games Barn offers entertainment with a ping-pong table, snooker table, and table football.

The Outdoor Pool is open from April 1st to October 31st and can be heated to 28 degrees for an additional cost. Children's items such as junior beds, travel cots, high chairs, monitors, and more are available at the Windmill. Well-behaved family dogs are welcome, but they are asked to remain downstairs and not left alone unless crated. The vacation home is located in King's Lynn, offering a rural setting with nearby cultural highlights, activities such as golf, and family-friendly attractions like Gooderstone Water Gardens.
