The house features a laid back, modern high-tech interior with three bedrooms and three bathrooms in the main house, two bedrooms in the garden pod, and an additional studio apartment called 'The Siding'. The open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room is perfect for entertaining, with all modern amenities including a boiling water Quooker tap. Guests can relax in front of the wood-burning stove in winter or enjoy the large sun-soaked terrace with barbecue in summer. There is also a cosy snug for reading, watching television, or playing board games.

The property offers a well-tended, south-west facing garden with a large lawn, making it ideal for multi-generational families looking to spend quality time together. The additional accommodation in the garden pod provides privacy, while the large lawn is perfect for outdoor games. West Heath is also suitable for groups of friends traveling together, as there are a high number of single beds available. West Heath is pet-friendly, with two well-behaved dogs welcome for a small additional charge. Bedding is a mixture of feather and synthetic, and a travel cot and highchair are available upon request.
