There is also a unique cinema room located in the cellar.

The house was originally built in 1794 for the town's wheat merchant, who was rumored to be a smuggler. The spacious bedrooms offer impressive views across the coast from Holkham to Stiffkey. Wells-next-the-Sea is a popular coastal town with narrow streets, old alleys, and yards filled with shops, pubs, cafes, a cinema, theatre, and traditional arcades. The property is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and pubs, as well as the coast and beach.
