The property features a ten-meter indoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, and pétanque area, making it perfect for families and groups of friends. The open-plan living space boasts a vaulted ceiling, wood-burning stove, and Indian stone flooring, creating a cozy retreat for all seasons.

The Owl House is designed with modern amenities while maintaining its authentic charm, including a loft room with a super king bed, slipper bath, and deluxe shower. Velux windows offer views of the courtyard with a fountain, and guests can easily walk to the local gastro-pub, The Dabbling Duck, in Great Massingham. The property can be booked individually or combined with other Hill Farm Massingham barns to accommodate up to 31 people, with The Owl House being the most spacious and considered the "entertainment capital" when all three properties are occupied.

Guests can bring two dogs for a small additional charge, but they must be kept on leads due to roaming deer. The shared pool and sauna are open year-round, with allocated times for each property. Upon arrival, guests are required to sign a Declaration/Disclaimer with the owners regarding pool and sauna usage, wildlife rules, and the private water supply.
