The house is situated in spacious grounds close to the center of East Rudham and is beautifully furnished with designer fabrics and art. The ground floor boasts a large kitchen/dining room, two sitting rooms (one with a wood-burning stove), a study, and utility areas. Upstairs, guests will find a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, three double bedrooms, one twin room, a family bathroom, and an additional shower room.

The large enclosed garden is dog-friendly, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Guests can also take advantage of the courtyard, barbecue area, table tennis, football goal, and pétanque court. The property is just a short walk from the village pub, The Crown, as well as a farm shop and tea room. For larger groups, The Hogg can be booked with an annexe to accommodate up to 12 guests in total.

Additional amenities provided include space for two well-behaved dogs (with a small additional charge), a travel cot and high chair, and both synthetic and feather pillows and duvets. Guests are asked to refrain from making noise outside after 11 pm out of respect for the peaceful surroundings and neighbors.
