Upon arrival, the careful design and generous, spacious rooms become immediately apparent. Opening out before you, the entrance hallway leads through to the impressive summer room, where you will find a sitting area with television and dining table that connects the inside space with the enclosed garden. A great place for significant meals, or to use as a hub by simply opening up the garden-facing side of the house to connect the spaces. Nearby, the cosy sitting room features a large Smart television, a wood burning stove and ample comfortable seating. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for catering to special occasions. The Beach House provides five spacious bedrooms, with one being on the ground floor, and four on the first floor. All the bedrooms have been furnished with fine, white cotton linens to ensure a peaceful night's rest. Situated away from roads, you can expect a quiet and undisturbed stay. The bedrooms are well-served by four modern bathrooms that are a match for most boutique hotels, giving plenty of opportunity for a long soak after energetic days on the coast. Outside, the enclosed garden is a safe and private area for children to play, and is also ideal for adults to gather and relax. With exceptional planting and a well-planned dining patio, the area has been prepared for long lazy evenings to be enjoyed in comfort. The area also has a Big Green Egg charcoal barbecue, for those who enjoy grilling. Additionally, there is a sizeable yoga studio, accessed via the garden. To the front of the property, ample parking spaces are provided for up to four cars.

Brancaster Stores and Post Office houses a brilliant deli and coffee shop, as well as stocking plenty of every day goods. Brancaster Village Hall hosts Bar 71 where good times, drinks, friends and fun are served. It is the social heart of Brancaster village offering a licensed, family friendly bar with the cheapest drinks along the coast, and a calendar of monthly events including live music, discos, quiz nights, bingo, skittles and poker tournaments. Adjacent is 5 acres of playing fields, including two full size goals, a children’s playground along with equipment designed to help coordination and balance, and a family area with picnic tables. There are also new tennis courts. Brancaster offers something for everyone!
