Upstairs, there are 3 king-size bedrooms with ensuite bath and shower rooms, 1 twin bedroom with a bath and shower ensuite, and each bedroom has a TV. Downstairs, there is a twin bedroom with a wet room ensuite suitable for wheelchair use. The property also features a private patio area with a table, chairs, and BBQ in the courtyard, as well as two lawn areas to the front of the property with patios. The barn's open plan layout makes it suitable for large family gatherings, and it can be linked with Pentney Barn, which sleeps six.

Four bedrooms are on the first floor with views of the courtyard or surrounding countryside, while one twin room on the ground floor offers wheelchair access.
