In addition to being just a 40-minute drive from the Norfolk Broads and within an hour of the North Norfolk Coast, guests also have access to an indoor heated swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, fitness classes, and outdoor activities such as squash and tennis.

The cottages feature a games room, laundry room, and a small on-site farm shop selling local produce. Child-friendly amenities such as high chairs, stair gates, and cots are available, along with a fully fenced lawn area for children to play. Each cottage is equipped with a kitchen, dining area, living space, and ensuite bedrooms with views of the surrounding landscape. The Nest, a first-floor apartment, offers open-plan living, a king-size bedroom, and a spacious ensuite with a large bath and double shower enclosure.

Outside, Kingfisher and Nightingale have private outdoor dining areas with picnic benches, while all three properties share a fenced lawn area. Off-road parking is provided, and pets are allowed in Kingfisher and Nightingale for an additional fee. Changeover days are typically on Fridays for 7 nights, Mondays for 4 nights, or weekends for 3 nights, but other options may be available upon request.
