It was converted into a 4-bedroom house in the 1990s and is now comfortable and well-furnished holiday accommodation. Located in the pretty west Norfolk village of Wereham, the house is in the heart of the countryside and was used for the TV series 'Kingdom' with Stephen Fry. It serves as a good base for visiting many Norfolk attractions, including Sandringham, Oxborough Hall, Hunstanton, King's Lynn, Ely, the North Norfolk coast, Norwich, the Norfolk Broads, and Cambridge. A car is strongly recommended as there is no shop in the small village, but supermarkets are 4 miles away in Downham Market and they do deliver to Wereham. The George and Dragon pub opposite the house is very friendly and serves good food and beer.

Located in King's Lynn, this vacation home is in a rural area and is near attractions such as Gooderstone Water Gardens, Lady's Wood, Church Farm, and Gooderstone Water Gardens & Nature Trails. Families can also enjoy the Caithness Crystal Visitor Centre and activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
