The characterful and stylish Market Square House is a large 1800s country house that seamlessly blends traditional and contemporary elements. The property boasts a sitting room with a wood burning stove and Sky TV, as well as a large open-plan kitchen/dining room with a vaulted ceiling and beams. The cottage also includes a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room on the ground floor, and three beautifully appointed bedrooms on the first floor, along with a stunning family bathroom.

Outside, guests can relax on the terrace for alfresco dining or enjoy the fully-enclosed private lawned garden facing the parkland and grounds of Fring Hall. The property also has a gravelled courtyard for parking up to six cars. Market Square House offers a great base for exploring the North Norfolk coast and its attractions, including walking, cycling, swimming, and playing tennis on the Fring estate.

For larger groups, Market Square House can be booked with other properties on the Fring Estate to accommodate up to 28 guests. The estate also offers shared amenities such as a tennis court and heated outdoor swimming pool from March to September. Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome at the property, and guests can enjoy the comfort of synthetic duvets and pillows during their stay.
