Situated on the Fring private estate, the cottage offers modern interiors and open plan living areas, making it perfect for groups of families and friends. Guests have seasonal access to an outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, formal gardens, and estate parkland.

The cottage features a bright and welcoming open plan living and kitchen space with bi-fold doors leading to the gardens. The kitchen is equipped with top-quality appliances, including a marbled-topped central island and American style fridge-freezer. The comfortable living room has a large wood-burning stove, sofas, and a wall-mounted television with Sky and DVD player. There is also a spacious snug room for larger groups to relax.

The accommodation includes four bedrooms, with one on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle, while the family bathroom also has a bath and separate shower. Guests can enjoy the private courtyard and access to the shared tennis court and outdoor heated swimming pool. The property is just a short drive from Brancaster beach and is close to country walks and local amenities.

Gardeners Cottage can be booked alongside Park Cottage for larger parties, known collectively as the Cottages in the Walled Gardens. Additionally, there is a romantic Little Potting Shed in the Walled Garden for couples seeking a quiet retreat. Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome at the cottage, and amenities such as a travel cot and high chair are available for guests with young children. Please note that the parkland outside the walled garden is private, and the swimming pool and tennis court are shared with guests from other properties on the estate.
