The property is just 8 miles from Swansea and 12 miles from the Gower Peninsula's golden sandy beaches. The Brecon Beacons National Park is also nearby, offering spectacular mountain scenery. The cottage features a well-equipped kitchen, a 50-inch TV, and a patio area with a barbecue. Pets are allowed for an additional fee, and a welcome pack is provided on arrival.

The ground floor of the cottage includes a kitchen diner, a lounge with doors to the garden, and a double bedroom with an ensuite wet room. Upstairs, there are two more double bedrooms with ensuites. Families can request a high chair, stairgate, and travel cot, though cot linen should be brought along. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are included, and Wi-Fi is available. The property does not allow smoking indoors and has a maximum of two dogs allowed, with restrictions on furniture and bedrooms.

Guests can enjoy the outdoor patio, sunroom, enclosed fields, gazebo, and barbecue area. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available on site. Basic items like tea, coffee, and cleaning supplies are provided. Short breaks are accepted at certain times of the year, and an Accidental Damage Deposit may be required.
