Guests are advised to bring pet bedding and a sheet to protect the furniture, and to thoroughly vacuum the property at the end of their stay. Dogs must be kept on a lead outside as the property is located on a working farm. Travel cots come with a sheet, but guests should provide their own sleep sack or swaddle. The estate offers a communal tennis court, and guests are welcome to explore the 70-acre Grade I listed woodland garden.
