Located in the fishing village of Portknockie in Buckie, Moray, Gracemount is a fully renovated stone cottage that sleeps seven people across four bedrooms. The cottage features a single and twin room on the ground floor, along with a shower room, and two doubles upstairs, one with an en-suite shower room, and a bathroom. The open plan living area includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, as well as a separate sitting room with an electric fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed rear patio with furniture. The cottage is just a few minutes' walk from the harbour and beach, making it an ideal base for exploring the town of Cullen, the Moray Firth coastline, or Elgin.

Amenities at Gracemount include gas central heating, an electric fire in the sitting room, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, two TVs with Freeview, DVD player, radio/CD player, and WiFi.
