Originally built in 1871 as a gamekeeper's house for the Glen of Rothes estate, this traditional sandstone and slate construction has been lovingly refurbished by the owner, Roy, who used his trade skills as a joiner to create a cozy and welcoming home for guests. The house boasts approximately 1500 square feet of living space, with a spacious sitting room featuring a bay window dining area that offers stunning views of the surrounding hills. Additionally, there is a separate dining room with a whisky theme, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and a large family bathroom with a bath and shower.
