It is within walking distance of major attractions such as the Royal Scottish Museum and the National Gallery of Scotland, as well as numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops in the area.

The lounge/drawing room in the apartment offers magnificent views of Victoria Terrace and features two comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double bed, a Victorian fireplace, and a widescreen LCD TV. The bedroom overlooks Victoria Terrace and includes a double bed, bedside tables, a large built-in wardrobe, and a wall-mounted LCD TV. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery for four people, a glass table with chairs, an oven, hob, microwave, and washer. The shower room includes a walk-in shower, WC, and basin.

A "meet and greet" service is provided for guests, and check-in is from 14:00 onwards. Departure is by 10:00, with late departure options available for an additional fee. Arrivals after 19:00 will incur a late arrival fee. A 25% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due two months prior to arrival. A separate £200 refundable key/security deposit is also required before arrival. The apartment is centrally located in Old Town Edinburgh, close to Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile, and other attractions.
