The apartment features a spacious living/dining room with plush leather sofas, a fully-equipped kitchen, and modern amenities such as a flat screen TV, NowTV Box, and wifi.

The apartment boasts a super king bed in one bedroom, which can also be set up as two singles, and a double bed in the second bedroom. Guests can enjoy the ultimate comfort with Egyptian cotton bed linen and memory foam mattresses. The apartment also includes an en-suite shower room, a main bathroom with a bath and shower, and the convenience of a lift/elevator. Additionally, there is one secure designated garage parking space available for guests.

Guests can enjoy the convenience of nearby eateries and cafes, or choose to cook at home in the fully-equipped kitchen. Check-in time is from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with late check-ins incurring an additional fee. Check-out is before 11:00 am, but a later departure time can be arranged for a fee.
