Lochside House is a charming Georgian cottage in Edinburgh, Scotland that sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms. The house has been extensively refurbished and offers a mix of character and modernity. Situated in a quiet village-like setting within Edinburgh, the property boasts lovely views of Arthur's Seat. The back garden is secluded and enclosed, with unrestricted on-street parking available.

The house features a dining room, modern lounge, and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Two double bedrooms, one with access to the garden, and a fantastic bathroom with a power shower over a bath are also located on this level. Upstairs, there are 2 principle bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, both with double beds, as well as a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. Please note that hypoallergenic bedding is not provided.

Guests can check in from 16:00 onwards, with late arrival fees applicable for arrivals after 19:00. An earlier check-in may be possible depending on availability. The standard check-out time is 11:00, with the option to arrange a later departure for an additional fee. The property is protected by SUPERHOG, a digital insurance trust platform, and guests will be contacted to verify their identity before check-in.

The vacation home is located in Edinburgh, close to popular landmarks such as Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. Guests can also enjoy nearby attractions like Edinburgh Zoo and Meadowbank Stadium. The property does not allow smoking, hen/stag/party groups, and requires at least one guest to be over 25 years old. It is recommended to arrange arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours in advance.
