The three bedrooms on the upper floor include a sunny master bedroom with a super king-size bed, as well as two additional bedrooms with double and small double beds. The bathroom has a skylight window, bathtub, and over-bath shower. Fresh hotel-quality linen, fluffy towels, shower gel, and shampoo are provided for guests. The property is cleaned and disinfected after each checkout to ensure a high level of cleanliness.

Guests have access to the entire house, with standard check-in and check-out times. Additional charges may apply for lost keys, excessive cleaning, or use of metal confetti/glitters during the stay. The property is set up for remote access without direct contact, and single-use items like shampoo and soap are provided.
