Located in London, this two-bedroom apartment in the South of England sleeps up to 4 guests and offers a perfect pied-a-terre in the city. Situated in a quiet, leafy residential area, the apartment boasts a private balcony with lovely views of the communal gardens and is opposite the famous Sadler's Wells theatre. The living room is airy with neutral interiors, a sofa, armchairs, and a small round coffee table. A Dyson heater/cooler fan is available for guest use, and there is a larger table with 4 chairs near the window.
The well-equipped kitchen, visible through an attractive opening from the living room, features clean white units and all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. A brand new Lavazza coffee machine is also provided. The master bedroom offers lots of natural light, a king bed, bedside tables, and a chest of drawers, with a hanging rail available for guest use. The second bedroom is bright and airy, with a single trundle bed that can be converted into either 1 double or 2 singles, a wardrobe, and a vintage-style bureau that can be used as an office desk or vanity table.
The bathroom features sleek black and white tiles, a bath with a wall-mounted shower, and a wash basin, with a separate WC next door. Guests have access to the lovely communal gardens with plenty of green space. However, it is important to note that the block was originally designed as a council property but is now majority owner-occupied. There is no TV available in the apartment, and from October to May, the central heating is controlled by the building. Due to the artwork inside, it is not suitable for children under 12 years old. The single trundle bed can accommodate 2 guests, as it has a pull-out bed that can be converted into 1 double or 2 singles.
