Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a thoughtful pack including fresh bread, milk, butter, and cheese.

The cottage's living room comfortably accommodates 8 people and features a cozy wood burner, with bi-fold doors opening out onto a decked area. In the summer months, guests can enjoy the garden furniture provided on the patio. The spacious kitchen can seat up to 10 people and is fully equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven, and gas hob. The kitchen also opens out onto a patio area where the inviting hot tub is located, suitable for seven adults.

The cottage offers four bedrooms, including a master king bed with an en-suite wet room, a super king bed that can be converted into two singles, a twin bedroom, and full-size bunk beds. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request for younger guests. The family bathroom features an original roll-top bath and a separate shower. Outside, there is a fenced grassed area at the front of the property and a back garden, as well as ample off-road parking for up to 4 vehicles. Situated in a rural area, the cottage is close to various attractions such as Boston Golf Club, National Golf Centre, Harrington Hall Gardens, and Evergreens Miniature Railway, making it an ideal destination for families and nature enthusiasts alike.
