The ground floor features an open plan living space with a 50” Freeview Smart TV, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a utility room, a shower room, and a bedroom with a kingsize bed on this floor. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, including one with a super kingsize bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath.
The cottage is equipped with underfloor air source heat pump central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi. A travel cot, highchair, and stairgate are available on request, and there is a welcome pack provided. Outside, guests can enjoy the lawned gardens with patio and garden furniture, as well as a private hot tub. The grounds are shared with other properties on-site, and there is private parking for 2 cars. Fishing is available on-site, but guests should be aware that there is a pond and river in the grounds.
