The property features a double bedroom with a futon, a double bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom, a cloakroom, and an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining space, and sitting area. Outside, there is off-road parking for 3-4 cars, a lawned area, decking with a hot tub, furniture, and a barbecue, as well as an outdoor fridge.
