The lodge is centrally heated and has a private Wifi network, ample parking for 3 vehicles, and a separate spacious fishing peg. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, and the living and dining areas offer plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with king-size beds in two rooms and two single beds in the third.

All fuel, gas, water, and electricity are included in the price, and logs are provided in winter for the log burner. Fresh towels and bed linens are also included, and a travel cot and high chair are available at no extra charge. Due to the current COVID19 situation, towels are not provided, but bed linens are commercially washed at 90 degrees and the lodge is steam cleaned before each arrival. The location in Tattershall offers plenty of activities and attractions in the surrounding area, including Tattershall Country Park with various facilities for the whole family.

Please note that passes to the park facilities are sold separately, and there is an RAF air base nearby which may cause some noise during the week. Stag or Hen parties are not permitted on the private lake, and night fishing is not allowed. CCTV is in operation when no guests are visiting, but it will be disarmed upon your arrival and armed on the day of your departure.
