Outside, there is a private enclosed South facing garden with grass, trees, and a furnished patio, as well as parking for 2 cars and additional storage for bikes, prams, and mobility scooters.

The location offers easy access to the beach at Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe, with a small designated family area between May and September. Beyond this, there are miles of promenade and beach to explore, perfect for walking, cycling, and enjoying the seaside.
