The caravan is heated throughout and is located just four miles from the sandy beach and promenade of Skegness. Nearby attractions include Fantasy Island Theme Park, Europe's largest 7-day indoor and outdoor market, the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, and the historic City of Lincoln.

On-site amenities at the modern park include Woody's Bar and Restaurant, family entertainment, Sky Sports, an indoor soft play area, an outdoor play area with decking, and a shop. Family entertainment details and availability are provided on site, and all other facilities are available for all dates. Guests should be aware of a £20 key deposit that is to be paid in cash upon arrival, which is returned upon departure when the keys are handed to reception. Travel cots and highchairs are available to hire for £15 per week.

There are some important dates to note, such as March 10th when Woody's Bar is closed from 6pm for a private event, and from April 12th to May 16th when the bar, including food, entertainment, and children's entertainment, will be unavailable.
