There is a £20 key deposit upon arrival, which is refunded upon departure. Travel cots and highchairs are available for hire. Various themed weekends and events are held throughout the year, with some disruptions to regular club activities during these times.

In accordance with government guidelines, there are restrictions in place for certain facilities during specific periods. From April 12th to May 16th, bars, children's entertainment, arcade, crazy golf, and swimming pool will not be open. From May 17th to June 21st, measures will be in place for the opening of bars, children's entertainment, arcade, crazy golf, and swimming pool. The bar and restaurant will be closed from October 31st, with limited club access on certain dates.

Families are welcome at the park, with access to the indoor fun pool and entertainment venue included in normal breaks. Specific children's entertainment may not be available during certain breaks, but evening entertainment is themed with resident vocalists and visiting artists. Themed breaks aimed at young families with pre-school age children are also offered, with entertainment geared towards children up until 9 pm each evening. Please note that the Club Tropicana will be closed on specific dates in October 2022.
