The cottage features two bedrooms, with the main bedroom offering a king zip and link bed that can be made into a twin room, as well as a single sofa bed. The second bedroom has a double bed.
The cottage includes a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, hob, oven, kettle, freezer, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. Guests can relax in the cozy living room with a television and internet access. Outside, there is a secluded garden with a patio, garden furniture, and BBQ, perfect for enjoying lazy days in the sun. The cottage is just a short walk from the Kings Head, the oldest thatched roof pub in Lincolnshire, and a vintage tea shop.
Guests can enjoy the convenience of on-site parking facilities and are allowed to bring pets, with prior approval from the host. Linen and towels are provided for a comfortable stay. House rules include a 4pm check-in time, a 10am check-out time, and no smoking on the premises. The cottage is located in Market Rasen, close to attractions such as Grimsby Fishing Heritage Centre, Parkway Cinema in Cleethorpes, Waltham Windmill, and Woodside Wildlife & Falconry Park.
