The two bedrooms overlook the garden, with one king-sized bed and a twin room with 2 single beds. Outside, there is a private enclosed garden with seating areas and lighting, as well as parking for two cars on the private driveway.
Guests can also make use of a beach hut on Sutton on Sea's central promenade by making a donation to The Marfan Trust. Towels and bed linen are provided, and amenities such as a high chair, travel cot, and camp bed are available upon request. Please note that an additional charge applies for charging an electric car at the property.
