The barn is set in its own grounds on a traditional Lincolnshire country lane, surrounded by wildflowers in the summer, yet only a short drive away from the vibrant city of Lincoln.

The barn boasts a private, enclosed south-facing garden with a large hot tub that can seat 10 people, a hot outdoor shower, and a gas barbecue. The exterior of the barn is traditional in design, blending in seamlessly with the Lincolnshire landscape. Inside, the open-plan interior is stylishly designed in a contemporary industrial style, with underfloor heating and a log burner ensuring a cozy atmosphere throughout the year.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay, including 2 ovens, a large hob, 2 fridges, a freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a drinks cooler. There are 5 super-king bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room and wall-mounted television, that can be converted into twin beds if needed. The bedrooms are individually designed with quirky touches to enhance relaxation.
