Guests can access all facilities at the park, except on 25th-26th December and 1st January, for an additional charge. A security deposit of £100 is required upon arrival, which will be returned at the end of the holiday if there is no damage or loss. Additional charges apply for highchairs, cots, and pets. Wi-Fi is available for a fee. The swimming pool policy requires children aged 16 and under to be accompanied by a parent or carer. Please note that towels are not provided by the park.
