Located in Carnforth, Lancashire, Sherwood 30 is a modern and spacious lodge that sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The lodge features a swimming pool and is perfect for a family getaway. The living room boasts an electric fire, while the glass fronted decking offers a relaxing outdoor space with patio furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances for a comfortable holiday. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
South Lakeland Leisure Village is a luxurious holiday lodge development with excellent facilities, situated at the gateway to the Lake District. Set in 43 acres of beautifully maintained grounds, the village is surrounded by the stunning landscapes of the southern Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, and Morecambe Bay. Guests can enjoy the park's superb facilities, including a leisure complex with an indoor pool, steam room, gym, beauty treatments, and a restaurant and bar with an outdoor terrace. Wi-Fi is available, and there is a launderette on-site.
Guests can access all facilities at South Lakeland Leisure Village, except on December 25th-26th and January 1st, for an additional charge. The leisure complex charges apply for adult and children rates, with family passes also available. A security deposit of £100 is required upon arrival, which will be returned at the end of the holiday if there is no damage or loss. Highchairs, cots, and pets incur additional charges. The restaurant on-site is undergoing refurbishment and will reopen on March 25, 2016.
Please note that children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or carer in the swimming pool. The park does not provide towels, so guests are advised to bring their own. The lodge is conveniently located near local landmarks such as Gresgarth Hall Gardens and Lune Aqueduct, as well as the natural beauty of Lake District National Park and Yorkshire Dales National Park. Nearby activities include fishing, swimming, and visiting attractions like Lancaster Brewery and Forrest Hills.
