Located in the picturesque village of Longridge in Lancashire, Meadow Cottage is a charming stone-built holiday let that can accommodate up to four guests in its two king-size double bedrooms. The property features a wet room with a shower, as well as an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area, and a cozy sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside, guests can enjoy a patio area with seating and off-road parking.

The cottage is equipped with modern amenities such as underfloor heating, a woodburning stove, electric oven and hob, a Lavazza Espresso Coffee Machine with Pods, a mini drinks fridge, and a washing machine and tumble dryer. Entertainment options include a 50" Smart TV with Freesat in the lounge, as well as TVs in the bedrooms, WiFi, Netflix, and Spotify. Guests will also receive a welcome pack upon arrival, and fuel, power, and a honesty box of logs are included in the rent.

Please note that Meadow Cottage does not accommodate children under the age of 5 years, pets, or smoking on the property grounds. Bedroom suite 2 is adjacent to the main cottage but not directly connected, making it unsuitable for unaccompanied guests under 12 years. However, bedroom 1 has an additional roll out bed, making it suitable for families. Secure off-road parking is available for up to four cars, along with private decking and bike racks for four bikes. The nearest shop and pub are 1.3 miles away.
