The property features one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, which share a Jack and Jill style bathroom. Pets are not allowed in this lodge.

South Lakeland Leisure Village, where Lakeside 22 is located, is an exclusive five-star development of luxurious holiday lodges with excellent facilities. Set around a picturesque lake in 43 acres of beautifully maintained grounds, this village is nestled between the dramatic landscape of the southern Lake District, the rolling Yorkshire Dales, and the coastline of Morecambe Bay. Guests can explore some of the UK's most stunning scenery and enjoy the park's superb facilities, including a leisure complex with an indoor pool, steam room, gym, beauty treatments, restaurant, and bar with an outdoor terrace. Wi-Fi is available, and a launderette is also on-site.

Guests can access all facilities at the leisure complex, except on December 25th-26th and January 1st, for an additional charge. Rates vary for adults and children, with family passes available as well. A £100 security deposit is required upon arrival, which will be returned at the end of the holiday, subject to damage or loss. Highchairs, cots, and pets incur additional charges. The restaurant is currently undergoing refurbishment and will be unavailable until March 25, 2016. Please note that children aged 16 and under must be accompanied into the pool by a parent or carer, and towels are not provided by the park. Nearby attractions include Carnforth Station Heritage Centre, The Dukes, Cinderbarrow Miniature Railway, and Lakeland Wildlife Oasis Park, offering plenty of adventures for guests.
