Situated at the gateway to the Lake District, South Lakeland Leisure Village is a five-star development of luxurious holiday lodges with excellent facilities. Nestled in 43 acres of beautifully maintained grounds, the village is surrounded by the stunning landscapes of the southern Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales, and Morecambe Bay. Guests can enjoy the park's superb facilities, including a leisure complex with an indoor pool, steam room, gym, beauty treatments, and a restaurant and bar with an outdoor terrace. Wi-Fi is available, and there is also a launderette on-site.

Guests can access all facilities at the leisure complex, except on December 25th-26th and January 1st, for an additional charge. The charges vary for adults and children, with options for full week, part week, and day passes. A £100 security deposit is required upon arrival, which will be returned at the end of the holiday, pending any damage or loss. Additional charges apply for highchairs, cots, and pets. The restaurant is undergoing refurbishment and will not be available until March 25, 2016. The swimming pool policy requires children aged 16 and under to be accompanied by a parent or carer, and guests are advised to bring their own towels.
