Arnside 5 is situated in the South Lakeland Leisure Village, an exclusive five-star development with luxurious holiday lodges and excellent facilities. The village is set around a picturesque lake in 43 acres of beautifully maintained grounds, offering a gateway to the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, and Morecambe Bay. Guests can enjoy the park's superb facilities, including a leisure complex with an indoor pool, steam room, gym, beauty treatments, and a restaurant and bar with an outdoor terrace. Wi-Fi is available, and there is a launderette on-site.

Guests can access the leisure complex for an additional charge, with rates varying for adults and children depending on the length of stay. A security deposit of £100 is required upon arrival, which will be returned at the end of the holiday if there is no damage or loss.
