Guests can access all facilities except for the bar and restaurant on all dates except 25th - 26th December and 1st January. Charges apply for the use of the leisure complex, with rates for adults and children varying for full weeks, part weeks, and day passes. A security deposit of £100 is required upon arrival, which will be returned at the end of the holiday, subject to damage or loss. Additional charges apply for highchairs, cots, and pets. The swimming pool policy requires children aged 16 and under to be accompanied by a parent or carer, and the park does not provide towels.
In addition, guests should note that the restaurant is undergoing refurbishment and will not be available until 25th March 2016.
