Located in Carnforth, Lancashire, Gressingham 46 is a spacious holiday lodge that can accommodate up to four guests. The lodge features two double bedrooms, a cosy living area with large patio doors, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious decking area with views of the main lake. Situated at the gateway to the Lake District, South Lakeland Leisure Village is a five-star development with luxurious holiday lodges set around a picturesque lake in 43 acres of beautifully maintained grounds.
The village is nestled between the dramatic landscape of the southern Lake District, the rolling Yorkshire Dales, and the coastline of Morecambe Bay, making it an ideal base to explore some of the UK's most stunning scenery. Guests can enjoy the park's superb facilities, which include a leisure complex with an indoor pool, steam room, gym, beauty treatments, and a restaurant and bar with an outdoor terrace. Wi-Fi is available, and there is a launderette on-site.
Guests can access all facilities except for the bar and restaurant on all dates except 25th - 26th December and 1st January. Charges apply for the use of the leisure complex, with rates for adults and children varying for full weeks, part weeks, and day passes. A security deposit of £100 is required upon arrival, which will be returned at the end of the holiday, subject to damage or loss. Additional charges apply for highchairs, cots, and pets. The swimming pool policy requires children aged 16 and under to be accompanied by a parent or carer, and the park does not provide towels.
In addition, guests should note that the restaurant is undergoing refurbishment and will not be available until 25th March 2016. With its convenient location on a river in Carnforth, Gressingham 46 offers easy access to local attractions such as Carnforth Station Heritage Centre and The Dukes. Outdoor enthusiasts can also enjoy activities like fishing and swimming nearby, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
