It's a perfect home base for exploring the nearby national parks of the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, as well as the local town of Carnforth.

The property sleeps up to four guests in its two double bedrooms. One bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has its own en-suite bathroom, with the other being upstairs alongside a separate bathroom.

The upper floor has a mezzanine layout which overlooks the property's spacious open-plan living space, which has a double-height ceiling and features a lounge area with flatscreen TV and DVD player, a dining table with chairs, and a kitchen with all the cooking appliances you need for self catering, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine for easy cleanup.

For sunny days and warm evenings you can also make use of a spacious shared garden to the rear of the cottage, complete with outdoor seating area.
