Comfortably furnished the accommodation is light and airy and there are French windows from the lounge onto a terraced patio which adjoins the owners mature well stocked gardens. Whalley itself is an ideal base for those wanting to explore the Ribble Valley, Pendle and further afield. There are lots of local walks in the immediate area and the village amenities are only a short walk away.

All on the ground floor - 1 twin bedroom, spacious lounge with dining area and fitted kitchen area, bathroom with toilet and basin.
