The cottage is situated on a working livestock farm and is just six miles from Ingleton in the Yorkshire Dales. The accommodation includes one king-size double bedroom, one double bedroom, one king-size double with a mezzanine floor with twin beds, and a family room with four single beds, all with en-suite shower rooms. Additionally, there is a ground floor family shower room, a kitchen with a dining area and woodburner, and a sitting room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and access to open fields with a river running through.

Amenities at the cottage include oil underfloor heating with a woodburner, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 5 TVs with Freeview, WiFi, a selection of books and games. Fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburner are included in the rent, with additional fuel available on an honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels are also provided, along with a travel cot and highchair upon request. The property offers secure cycle storage, private fields with furniture and a BBQ, and does not allow pets or smoking. The nearest shop and pub are 2 miles away, with check-in at 4pm and no stag/hen parties permitted.
