There is also a pretty super king size bedroom, a utility area with a washer/dryer, and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner area has full-length bi-folding doors leading to a balcony with stunning views over Carlingwark Loch. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The dining area is ideal for gatherings, while the lounge area is perfect for relaxing with a film or music on the iPod docking station. There is also a shower room on this level.
Outside, there is a small enclosed garden with a table, chairs, bike store, and BBQ at the front of the property, as well as a fully enclosed rear patio with a private hot tub. A large balcony on the first floor offers a comfy seating area for al fresco dining and enjoying the views over the loch. Off-road parking is available for two cars in front of the property. For larger groups, Loch Carlingwark Lodge and Lodge 2 can be booked together, with interconnecting gates on the patio and balcony for easy access between the properties.
