There is private access to the oast where a gentle ramp leads to the stable door, all downstairs rooms have wide doorways with oak flooring throughout. The property has been tastefully decorated, furnished and equipped. The garden, with a large pond - can also be admired from the upper floor decked verandah area. Garden: Lawned gardens with hedges and trees at the perimeters. There is a large pond with a 4' fence (children must be supervised). Also from the upper floor a door leads out to a decked verandah area with a small bench. Garden furniture and barbecue plus children's climbing frame.
