The house is conveniently located within walking distance of Whitstable's amenities, with off-street parking for two cars and a sunny, south-facing decked garden.

Centrally located, the house is just a 3-minute walk from the station, 5 minutes from the bustling high street, and an 8-10 minute walk to the harbour and seafront. The property features 3 double bedrooms, including one with a king-size bed, sofa bed, and en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a triple bunk, as well as a lovely bathroom with a freestanding bath.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a large range oven, washing machine, and dishwasher, while the open plan living room/conservatory opens onto a bright and sunny decked garden area. Guests can relax on the retro mid-century corner sofa that comfortably seats 8, and enjoy entertainment options such as a TV with freeview, Xbox with games, books, DVDs, and board games.
