Garden: Small fenced front patio and rear patio with garden furniture and a useful outside shower for washing off the sand and salt! Steps lead to terraced, sloping garden with a bench on one level providing wonderful sea and dramatic sunset views across the local roofs. Although the garden is fenced it may still be possible for children or pets to escape.
Parking: At the front of the property for one car only, any other cars to be parked on the road above the house or in the car park at the end of the beach road.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Notes: The terraced garden is not safe for the very young or elderly. Young children require special supervision on the front balcony. There is an extra charge of £10 per pet payable on arrival.
