The pool complex offers a heated swimming pool with a selection of furniture and bifold opening doors that lead to a decked verandah with views of the gardens. The property also includes a large landscaped garden with a playing field, patio area, and swing seat, as well as parking for three to four cars on a private drive.

The upper floor of Honeywood Lodge features a bright open living area with seating and dining space for six, a kitchenette with essential appliances, and two double bedrooms with wardrobes and drawers. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering stays, and there is a shower room and WC on this floor as well. Additional amenities include WiFi, a travel cot and highchair available on request, and pool towels supplied for guests.

Guests are advised that there are some steps to access the property and the living area is on the upper floor, while the games room is located on the lower floor. Safety precautions are in place, including CCTV on the grounds for security, and the pool area is locked when not in use. The owner's home is adjacent to the property, but the extensive grounds are usually exclusive to guests during their stay. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. The indoor heated swimming pool is 5m x 9m in size, with a depth of 5 feet at both ends and heated to 28 degrees. Children must be supervised around the pool at all times.
