The open plan sitting/dining room and large kitchen lead to the garden, making it perfect for year-round stays with underfloor heating and a wood burner. Located in vibrant Deal, the house is close to artisan shops, cafes, the promenade, and beach.

The ground floor of the house features a hallway, sitting room with sofas and a Smart TV, dining room with a table for 4-6, and a kitchen with modern appliances and French doors to the garden. There is also a cloakroom/utility room on this floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms - one with a Kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, one with a Double bed, and one with bunk beds.
