The chalet is part of a holiday village with on-site facilities and is just a five-minute walk from the beach and three pubs. Deal, a nearby town, is a 30-minute beach walk away, and there are numerous National Trust and Heritage sites to explore in the area.

The chalet features an "A" framed structure with two double bedrooms upstairs, a separate toilet, and a living room with a dining table for six. There is a full-size kitchen, a shower room with toilet and sink, and a third bedroom with two single beds at the rear of the chalet. The stairs are steep, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Guests have access to the entire chalet, including the rear and front decking areas, with entry via a key lockbox.

Electricity at the chalet is included in the price, but guests are encouraged to use it wisely and not leave heaters on overnight. Linens and towels are provided, and beds are made up for guests upon arrival. Additional amenities, such as cots, high chairs, or stair gates, can be hired through reception.
