Garden:  Small fenced paved front sitting area in front of the house and small enclosed rear patio.  Steps lead up to terraced, sloping garden which rises steeply enough to give dramatic sea and sunset views.   
Parking: Available for 1 car only, at the front of the property, any other cars to be parked on the road above the house or in the car park at the end of the beach road.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Notes: The terraced garden is not safe for the very young or elderly.
