This charming Marshside cottage can accommodate up to five people in two bedrooms, including a king-size double bedroom and a family room with an en-suite basin and WC. The cottage also features a ground floor bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen, a utility room, and a cozy sitting room with a woodburner and dining area. Outside, guests can enjoy off-road parking for two cars, lockable cycle storage, a lawned rear garden with rural views, and an enclosed courtyard garden with patio furniture.

Amenities at Home Farm House include oil central heating, an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD player, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. The rental price includes fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburner, as well as bed linen and towels. Guests are welcome to bring two well-behaved dogs, and there is a travel cot available upon request.
