This truly adorable little cottage is situated down a lane close to the famous Union Mill in Cranbrook - the tallest surviving working smock mill in Britain. A couple of minutes walk away is the bustling high street with a wide range of interesting specialist shops, Michelin starred restaurant, delicatessens, coffee shops and pubs. Just three miles away are the world-famous Sissinghurst Gardens, created by Vita Sackville-West. Kitchen with vinyl floor, cream units housing electric oven and hob, larder fridge, freezer, microwave and dining table and chairs. 
Sitting Room is carpeted and has a very comfortable leather 3 seater sofa, an armchair, woodburning stove, well stocked book shelves and flat screen TV/DVD

Bedroom 1 with coir carpeting and rug, a kingsize bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, original fireplace in exposed brickwork wall and views from the window over the lane
Bathroom has a shower over the bath, original stripped floorboards, window shutter, cupboard that houses the washing  machine, washbasin and w.c.

Bedroom 2 is carpeted and has twin beds with zoned memory foam mattresses, bedside cabinets, built-in cupboards with hanging space plus dressing table and chair. Fan for warm summer nights kept in the cupboard

Parking: In garage at the end of the lane. The seperate communal parking space may be used if available.
Heating: Gas central heating and woodburner.
